  I have banked here since I was 18 years old. I am now almost 30. They started adding fees to many things which has been a deterrent for me. So I now am a member of Peoples Bank and Trust. No fees! I also went to Sunflower Bank for a few personal loans and they would not give me ANY! A friend told me to try Great Plains Federal Credit Union so I did. Great Plains has given me two unsecured loans now, that I have paid off fully, life happens and Great Plains has really helped me out. After not using my Sunflower bank much, yet keeping it open with little funds in there, now I get a letter saying I will be charged a fee for not using my account. So needless to say, Sunflower Bank is now no longer a bank of mine. (Closed that account). I will never open an account with Sunflower Bank again, they do not help out their members and have too many crazy fees.

  Been banking here for 10 years now had the the branch manager call me to inform you that one of the tellers had complained about me I have changed nothing in 10 years and nor have I had any complaints in 10 years about me I will be going to Emprise bank.
